If you stopped to listen you could clearly hear the waves crash against the rugged Oregon Coast. Just a few miles north of Cannon Beach, in the unincorporated town of Arch Cape Blake and Jenni’s day unfolded amidst the ocean and the evergreen. Blake’s family purchased a beach home a few years back and Jenni fell in love with the location when she and Blake traveled back to visit from college. It took some ingenuity to plan a destination wedding from out of state but Jenni and Blake- and their wonderful supportive families made it happen and made it look effortless.
Under twinkle lights and luscious oregon woods they danced, raised glasses and shed happy tears. Everything was beautiful and I enjoyed every minute of my time documenting the first day of the rest of their lives as husband and wife. I hope you enjoy these previews just as much as I do!
It was tough leaving this dance floor but Of course we had to sneak off and get some delicious golden light photos just as the sun was setting. Not only were Blake and Jenni willing to leave the reception for these photos but they were even willing to climb rock formations to make these killer shots a reality. A perfect ending to a Cannon Beach Wedding, I’d say!Blake and Jenni, thank you for one of the best days as a wedding photographer! The way in which you welcomed me with such kindness and allowed me to freely create was such a blessing and one I’ll never forget. Forever appreciative, Xiomara
